DESIGN PROCESS & EXPECTATIONS
INQUIRY

Before inquiring about our services, please make sure you read all of our policies and processes. If you believe we make a great match, you have two options:

1 - Book a consultation/strategy call. ( You may not know exactly what works best for you or what you need. Or you may need  a package tailored to your needs that you do not see on our site.)

2 - Book/Purchase a service. ( This is for those who may already know exactly what they want or need or is a repeat client.)

APPROVAL

Once your inquiry has been reviewed and approved, we will set up a zoom call and talk further about your project in details and you will submit all information needed. 

INVOICE/PAYMENT

After you’ve been approved and complete your zoom call and an agreement is made, you will receive an invoice. Your order is not officially placed and designing does not begin until your payment has been made in full. Once your order is placed, all sales are final.*

FORMS OF ACCEPTED PAYMENT:

Credit cards, debit cards, Zelle and PayPal as forms of payment. Cash App and Venmo are not accepted.

TURN AROUND/ PROCESS TIME

Turnaround time varies due to the nature of each project. Be aware of the following factors that may also result in turnaround time being delayed, such as:

Order volume, holidays and weekends, delayed submissions, revisions, etc.

Before your project begins, an estimated turnaround time will be shared and agreed upon and I will communicate all updates as necessary.

FORMS OF COMMUNICATION

For legal purposes LOVENAEE GRAPHICS will only communicate via email. By doing so both parties are able to keep a paper trail of all conversations had.

DRAFTS

Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. You are prohibited to copy, manipulate, or distribute the draft designs to anyone for any reason. All drafts are the property of ByJaNaeDevon

REVISIONS

Please be advised to carefully review your project and submit detailed feedback. If changes are requested, keep in mind that they’re limited to 2-3 revisions. Any further changes will result in a fee starting at $25. Any changes requested after a project comes to completion and is sent via email/google drive will also result in a fee starting at $25

30 DAY RESPONSE TIME/ RESTART FEE

During client onboarding, intake/questionnaire forms are to be completed within 72 hours of orders being placed, otherwise this will affect your turnaround time.

Please pay attention to your inbox for updates, required feedback, questions, or requests of submissions.

 

If no response is received from clients after 30 days then your order will expire. This will also result in paying a restart fee for your project.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once an order is in progress there will be no refunds issued. If your project does not result in your satisfaction, please contact us with your feedback for revisions.

Attempting to cancel, reverse, or dispute an order will result in becoming blocked from placing future orders.

KEEP IT CUTE

We strive to provide an excellent customer service experience and business relationships with every client and value mutual respect.

Negativity of any kind will not be tolerated. We have the right to refuse working with you if any of the following occur:

Belittling, bashing, slander, defamation of character, cursing, copying, disputing orders, etc. You will be blocked from placing future orders and contacting us.

RIGHTS OF USAGE

Once this project is completed, (your name here) “the Client”, grants permission to, (ByJaNaeDevon) “the business”, to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
  • Clients are responsible for providing the correct information and photos at the beginning. ByJaNaeDevon will not be responsible for missing information on your behalf.

  • ByJaNaeDevon is not responsible for any misspelling or misinformation that the customer provides. The information that you submit is the information that will be used.

  • Clients are responsible for proofreading all information submitted before the order is finalized.

  • An upcharge will incur if we have to go in and change any information that was not proofread.

  • Clients are responsible for grammatically correct information. If provided with grammatically incorrect information, you will be asked to correct it.

DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered. If you encounter technical issues with your download, please contact us for support.

  • Delivery: Digital products will be delivered electronically via email or a secure download link upon payment confirmation. Ensure you provide a valid email address for delivery.

  • Support: We provide technical support for issues related to downloading and accessing your digital products. For support, please contact us with your order details and any error messages or issues encountered.

VIRTUAL COURSES AND WEBINAR POLICY

All Virtual Courses ( Live and Prerecorded ) and Webinars are all final sale.
